Charles Laird has been licensed in Michigan as a full-time Realtor since 2004. His experience includes working with multi-million dollar properties, investment properties, residential short sales, and landlord-tenant transactions. He has also worked as a Loan Officer and a property manager for out-of-state and in-state investors, who depended on him to ensure their investments were protected. As a notary, he has also spent some time as a closing agent as well.
As a former loan officer, Charles brings an extensive knowledge of the entire residential real estate transaction simply because he has experience in all phases of a deal. And by using the latest technology available in the market, he assists buyers and sellers in making the most informed decisions when it comes to buying and selling. Charles brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to every real estate transaction, thus providing an excellent resource for his clients.
One of the things that Charles says contributes to his success is his genuine concern for helping people. His patience, determination, and a strong work ethic have helped him grow a business that is highly referral-based.
“Many of our clients come to us because, for one reason or another, other agents weren’t able to help them. Some agents and loan officers tend to talk over their client's heads, expecting their clients to just “get it”. And this leaves many buyers and sellers feeling confused and frustrated with the whole process. We have to be patient and walk our clients through this process. We have to get out of ourselves and really listen to what prospective buyers and sellers need and want.”

Besides being recognized by the National Association of Realtors, Charles Laird also holds a designation as an Accredited Buyers Representative, and a Short Sale Foreclosure Resource. He is also a proud father and a mentor; and he volunteers his time and talent to the spiritual community in metro Detroit as well as the 12 Step Recovery Community. He enjoys working out, Latin dance, snowboarding, playing chess, traveling, shopping, and studying metaphysical and spiritual literature.
